Francine hails from Orange County, CA where she was born and raised. From the very beginning, she knew that performing was something that she was passionate about. Francine started training at the young age of 3 but got her start in the industry at the age of 6 performing in industrials, music videos and live performances. She trained at a competitive dance studio under well sought out choreographers and continued her training at the University of California, Irvine where she obtained her BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Sociology. A visit to New York City got her hooked on Musical Theater and she has pursued it ever since. Francine currently works for National Asian Artists Project under Baayork Lee and continues to assist her on numerous projects.
